Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept credit card or debit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.
We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready for deivery. Back ordered items are not charged until they are delivered. You may send your credit/debit card information via phone, fax, post or over the Internet.
You will receive a confirmation of your order by email, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable. |
Delivery And Handling Packing and Delivery Charges
Standard packing and delivery charges are provided for your items when ordering. The cost of delivery will be automatically calculated and displayed in the checkout.
Orders over £ 50.00 are delivered free (UK mainland only).

Delivery Schedule We deliver your order right away. We will normally send your order to you in 3 - 5 business days . International orders are generally received in under 7 business days.

Guarantee If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return it within 14 days, unused and in its original packaging, (ie in saleable condition) for an exchange or refund.
We cannot refund any item that is not returned. Items delivered by post must be returned to us by post. We recommend you request a proof of postage certificate (free) from the Post Office if you return your goods. Items delivery by a carrier must be returned by the same method and instructions as to how to this must be obtained from us.
We will exchange any faulty goods at our own expense.
Delivery costs will be refunded on damaged or faulty items, but not on those that are simply unwanted.
